This policy explains what Highlight Revenue Systems (“Highlight,” “we,” “us”) collects on highlightbuilds.com, why we collect it, and the choices you have. The short version: we collect what you send us to prepare your Highlight Report, we use it to respond to you, and we do not sell it.

What we collect

• Information you submit. When you request a Highlight Report or contact us, we collect what you provide: name, company, trade, phone number, email address, website, and anything you write in the form.
• Public business information. To prepare a Report, we review publicly available material — your website, Google Business Profile, and reviews.
• Usage analytics. We use cookieless, aggregate analytics to understand how the site is used (pages viewed, buttons clicked). This site does not use advertising cookies or cross-site trackers.

How we use it

• To prepare and deliver your free Highlight Report.
• To respond to your request and follow up about it.
• To provide services if you become a client.
• To improve the site and our services.

Calls and text messages

When you submit your phone number and check the consent box on our form, you agree to receive calls and text messages from Highlight Revenue Systems about your request — including delivery of your Report and related follow-up. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out of texts, or HELP for help. Opting out of texts does not affect your Report — we can always deliver it by email instead.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties.

How information is shared

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with:

• Service providers that run this site and our operations — website hosting, form delivery, phone and messaging platforms, and analytics — and only so they can perform those services for us.
• Legal requirements, if we are required to disclose information by law.

Data retention

We keep the information you submit for as long as needed to handle your request and maintain normal business records. If you want your information deleted, email us and we will delete it unless we are required to keep it.

Your choices

• Ask what information we have about you.
• Ask us to correct or delete it.
• Opt out of texts at any time by replying STOP.

Children

This site is for businesses and is not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes

If this policy changes, we will update this page and the date at the top. Material changes to how we handle phone numbers or messaging will be called out plainly.
