These terms apply to highlightbuilds.com, operated by Highlight Revenue Systems (“Highlight,” “we,” “us”). By using the site or requesting a Highlight Report, you agree to them. They are written to be read, not to hide things.

The free Highlight Report

• The Report is free and carries no obligation. Requesting one does not create a client relationship.
• It is an informational review based on publicly available material and anything you send us. It reflects our professional judgment at the time — it is not a guarantee of results, revenue, or rankings.
• The Report is yours either way. You can act on it with us, with someone else, or on your own.

Paid services

Website rebuilds, the monthly revenue system, and any other paid work are governed by the scope, pricing, and terms agreed at the time of sale. Monthly services run month to month unless stated otherwise in writing. The sample report on this site is a labeled example for an invented company, not a real client’s report.

Honest-proof standard

Numbers published on this site are either commitments we configure every build with or real tracked results identified as such. We do not publish invented outcomes. Every business is different — past work is not a promise of your results.

Your content

If you send us materials (photos, logos, job details), they remain yours. You give us permission to use them to prepare your Report and deliver services you engage us for. We will not showcase your business publicly without your permission.

Our content

The site’s design, copy, and the Highlight Report format belong to Highlight Revenue Systems. Do not copy, scrape, resell, or misrepresent them as your own.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the site: no interfering with its operation, submitting false information as someone else, or using forms to send spam.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The site and the free Report are provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Highlight Revenue Systems is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the site or the free Report, and our total liability related to the site or the free Report will not exceed one hundred dollars ($100). Paid engagements are governed by their own agreed terms.

Text messaging

Calls and texts related to your request are governed by the consent you give on the form and described in our Privacy Policy, including STOP/HELP opt-out at any time.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kansas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

Changes

If these terms change, we will update this page and the date at the top.
